Cordierite Mullite Tiles for Dry Pressing Stainless Steel Powder Metallurgy
Product Features
We provide high-quality support plates and kiln furniture to ensure excellent sintering of powder metallurgy products. During the high-temperature sintering process, pressed powder metallurgy parts can experience chemical adhesion due to excessive impurities in the support plates or pads and other kiln furniture. This can hinder the smooth thermal expansion and contraction of the parts, leading to deformation. It also severely affects the surface gloss of the parts and causes decarbonization and silicon infiltration. Severe silicon infiltration can result in rusting of stainless steel parts.
